Telfort sucks ass!
Here, in Netherlands, the telecom services have a different meaning. Or perception. Mostly in the way they treat the clients. I mean, i like the fact that they take my money automatically from my account, once in a month, but here every nice thing stops. I don’t know when this transfer happens. The fuckers from the shop couldn’t tell me the date either. They said: “It just takes your money, the system, and that’s it”. What system, douche-bag? And i can’t find, in anyway, how many free minutes do i still have. There is no service where you can call or SMS to find the right answer. You just speak and that’s it. And then they take your money. Oh, i forgot, i do receive a bill. And i have only one row on that stupid paper: something in dutch which ends with “XX euros”. Probably the amount of money they will retain from my account.
But let’s stick to what i have to say, for this month, i didn’t had any money on this account so i didn’t payed the bill. Not my fault, in my humble opinion, i didn’t knew the date. Now i know, it’s 18th. After a couple of days, suddenly, my phone stopped working. The message, when i was trying to make a call, said something about the fact that i am not allowed to use the service. I went to the shop, had a talk with those guys and found the problem! If you don’t pay in 3 working days, you’re banned until they have the money in their account. Niiiiice! Being such a nice guy, i decided to pay there, in the shop. Bad idea! It’s not possible to pay in shops! Oh, well, i will choose the money transfer method. Now, after 5 days, i still can’t use my phone. Still no service. The guy from the shop said that i should call some number to confirm the payment. Well, idiot, how in the name of hell should i make the call if i am banned? Can i use smoke signals maybe? Should i send a postcard? Should i stick the bill into your ass? Can you feel the payment now? He replied that i should wait, the service will become available eventually. Myeah… and your mom too.
I’m pissed off! I’ll switch to Vodafone maybe. Soon.
